WDS Welcomes Chris Reynolds!

1797339_10152371200155185_3833927701982336945_nWDS is proud to announce our newest developer — Chris Reynolds!

Chris has been building things with WordPress since around 2007 — long enough to remember 4 major WordPress admin redesigns. Before that, he played with various other open source platforms and the first incarnation of his blog was written entirely in HTML. Originally a designer, Chris graduated from the University of Redlands, Johnston Center. He left with a self-made degree titled Creative Arts in the Digital Revolution, which combined his loves for music, visual art, film and writing using computers as a medium for all of them.

As a freelance designer and developer, Chris has built WordPress-powered sites for criminal lawyers, schools, independent musicians and tabletop game designers. These days, nothing makes him happier than finding new ways to do cool stuff with WordPress. Chris is an author for the online developer training provider, Pluralsight, and has been involved with WordCamp Salt Lake City in some form or another since 2011.

If Chris isn’t sitting in front of his computer, he might be found playing Magic: the Gathering, camping in southern Utah or cheering for his local Major League Soccer team, Real Salt Lake. You can follow Chris on Twitter to keep up with his work and experiences.

We are very excited to have Chris joining the team and are confident he will be an amazing addition to an already great team!
