This year for WordCamp Birmingham aka WP Y’all, it is being held on Saturday, August 16th at the Harbert Center. During the WordCamp, you will have a chance to see WDS team member, Greg Rickaby!
This is only the second time that Greg will be presenting at a WordCamp, and it’s not a presentation you want to miss out on. He will be presenting about SASS Basics. He is extremely passionate about SASS and believes in it wholeheartedly. Here is a short description of his presentation —
A high level, introduction to WordPress theming with Sass. Greg will cover basics such as Variables/Mixins/Nesting/Inheritance/Compilers and file structure.

If you miss out on his presentation, you will be able talk to him at the after party on Saturday. Don’t be afraid to walk up to him and ask him questions about SASS or WordPress in general. He is excited to expand his knowledge and to meet people who share his love for WordPress!
