	<description><![CDATA[<p>But the location is only saved per-user.&#160; Judging by the fact that I refreshed the page several times before seeing the tiny "Projects" box below the calendar, I imagine other users are going to have similar issues finding it in the first place.&#160; And once they do find it, only 20% at most will know they can move it to a more useful location.</p>
<p>Bottom line is I can&#39;t think of a good reason to have the primary content of the page (it is the "Projects" page after all) be in such a secondary location.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>It seems odd to me that the listing of Projects on the Projects Page is in the right-hand sidebar rather than below (or above) the "Create A New Project" form.&#160; It seems to me that the following structure would make sense:</p>
