It seems odd to me that the listing of Projects on the Projects Page is in the right-hand sidebar rather than below (or above) the “Create A New Project” form. It seems to me that the following structure would make sense:
[ Create New Project ] (button, links to form below)
CollabPress uses WP Meta boxes for each widget you see. You can drag these widgets around anywhere you like on the page and reorder as necessary. They will save in the location you drop them so every time you login you will see the custom layout you have set
But the location is only saved per-user. Judging by the fact that I refreshed the page several times before seeing the tiny “Projects” box below the calendar, I imagine other users are going to have similar issues finding it in the first place. And once they do find it, only 20% at most will know they can move it to a more useful location.
Bottom line is I can't think of a good reason to have the primary content of the page (it is the “Projects” page after all) be in such a secondary location.
