Not sure if this is a bug with the plugin, WPMU, or my installation. I have a subdomain setup, “private” that I'm using for internal client communication using the p2 theme. Thinking this is the pefect addition. However, *every* user on this WPMU install has been added to the dropdown of people when I go to assign a task, not just the 4 users who are associated with this site.
I'm concerned in testing, with email support on, that they might also receive an email if I mark something completed, etc.
Thanks,
Michael
Sorry, this was a pretty crappy bug report. The install is running WPMU 2.8.6 (waiting on bug fix in 2.9.1.1).

OK, so this seems to be expected behavior for site admins with the wp_dropdown_users() function. If you could just explain what email notifications go out when a task is completed, that would be great.
Seems there's a patch in waiting for 3.0 that will change that behavior and you'll be able to call get_users_of_blog() or something like that.
Cheers.

Hey Michael,
If you assign a task to a user they will be notified by email a summary of their task. (This can also be toggled on and off in the settings page.)
