Hi there,

To whom it may concern : it seems that last plugin revision 1.3 is not solving installation issue in my case as same small scritpting error is persisting in php file coding…

Still confused why your getting that error. I added more checks to see whether NextGEN Gallery is activated. Havn't had anyone else report this yet. I'll look into it a bit more as well.
