As per the instruction i did the settings in the admin panel but wp-devel toolbar is not get appear/display in my admin panel. Even i have logged out and logged in again. But the toolbar is not displayed. Please advise me how to get the toolbar in my wordpress admin panel.

Note: i am trying this in my localhost only.
