Support package includes:

- Upgrade all WordPress plugins as new versions are released*
- Upgrade WordPress Premium Theme (if applicable) as new versions are released
- Weekly offsite backups (source files and database) to safeguard your data
Our Standard Support Package is the best way to stay current with new versions of WordPress, themes, and plugins. This is also crucial in keeping your website secure, as new vulnerabilities are discovered and patched with new versions of WordPress and plugins.

Gold Support Package – $3000/site/year**
The Gold Support Package offers all of the features of our standard support package plus:
- Access to our support ticket system
- Unlimited support tickets can be created
- 1 business day response time
The WebDevStudios support ticket system is monitored 24/7 giving you quick access to a WordPress Support Specialist.
Platinum Support Package – $5000/site/year**
The Platinum Support Package offers all of the features of our standard and gold support packages plus:
- 6 hour response time for support tickets / 7 days a week
- Support available 24/7/365
- Access to our support phone number M-F / 9-5 EST
