Jeff of RockBrook camp came to us for a couple of reasons. First, his website was in a terrible need of a revamp. The original website was difficult to read with a dark purple background and colored text, the images were dated and the entire website was made of static pages that were difficult to edit.  Jeff’s second reason for contacting WebDevStudios was because he was interested in making a social network for the campers, staff and parents of RockBrook Camp.  He realized that there was a huge disconnect between the time the girls spent at camp and the off-season and believed that creating a community that would be available year-round would really enrich the camp experience.

We set RockBrook Camp up with a great WordPress website where he would be able to add and update content as needed.

We then set up a BuddyPress community within the website where members of the RockBrook family can reconnect with one another throughout the year.  Because we were dealing with children we set up privacy controls and member logins to keep all the information private.

The new site is both a wealth of information for anyone interested in RockBrook Camp and a great place for everyone to keep in touch!
