Final Five for the Future for 2022

Time flies quickly when you spend it building amazing websites for big brands and giving back to WordPress. It’s the end of 2022, which means our final Five for the Future Friday for the year is tomorrow.

Like most companies, we’re currently operating with a slim staff, as our clients and team members spend much-needed holiday time with families and loved ones. However, the WDS staff who will be here on Friday will be using their final workday of the year to give back to WordPress.

Now is a great time to share our Five for the Future (5FTF) contributions for the entire past year. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished to give back to WordPress, and we hope to inspire you to participate in this initiative, too.

1,350+ Hours Contributed to  Five for the Future in 2022

Lots of people ask how we do it. Every last Friday of the month is consistently dedicated to 5FTF, making such a milestone achievable. If you’re interested in getting your WordPress company involved with 5FTF, plan for it and be consistent.

Here is a small sample of how our team contributed to WordPress in 2022.

Learn How WebDevStudios Incorporates Five for the Future

We love encouraging others to get involved with 5FTF by sharing how we do it. Here are some opportunities to learn from us.

Philly ‘burbs WordPress Meetup

If you’re in the Phoenixville, Pennsylvania area, consider attending the January 9, 2023 meetup for Philly ‘burbs WordPress. WebDevStudios CEO, Brad Williams, will be interviewed in person by Liam Dempsey to discuss Five for the Future and how we make it work at our website agency.

Visit BurbsWP.com for details and to register for the event.

WP Product Talk Twitter Spaces

Earlier this month, Brad chatted with WP Product Talk host, Kimberly Coleman, on Twitter Spaces to discuss our involvement with Five for the Future. You can listen to the recording on Twitter.

Five for the Future Contributions in November 2022

Remember, you can keep up with our contributions tomorrow by following @webdevstudios and the hashtag #5FTF on Twitter. Take a look at how we gave back to WordPress last month on November 25, 2022.

And, while lunch may not be a real contribution to Five for the Future, everyone at WebDevStudios can’t help but appreciate a sense of humor to bring some entertainment to our day.

Have a great new year, everyone. If participating in 5FTF is on your list of new year’s resolutions, please feel free to contact us for advice.
