Say hello to our two new friends and Frontend Engineers, Mike England and Marty O’Connor, who just joined WebDevStudios this week!
Mike has a passion for building accessible, lightweight projects in WordPress. He likes to focus on theme building, plugin development, and creating Gutenberg blocks. When he’s not working on websites, he’s riding motorcycles and listening to Elvis, maybe at the same time. Mike spells his full name Micheal, with the ‘e’ before the ‘a.’ So, he goes by Mike, because everyone will more than likely misspell it. Everyone, meet Marty! He enjoys the constant challenge offered by web development, and in particular, he loves frontend development because he feels it offers a great balance between coding and visual design. In fact, Marty’s career began as a graphic designer in San Francisco, before he was seduced by web development. He’s been in love ever since.
