Customer Tracking Portal

Needing a solution for customer support, Insight Software requested a WordPress intranet. Secured behind a login, this allows customers access to training, renewing or paying for service, or submitting a support ticket. Resources are easier to locate, making learning about new and existing products possible. The intranet portal also provides access to frequently used services like Salesforce, Zendesk, Aha!, Saba, and Netsuite. Microsoft Entra was used for the user authorization and API access control for these various systems. Integrating these services via Single Sign-On (SSO) and having APIs connect through the portal makes managing accounts more efficient for all stakeholders.

Employee Training Portal

The U.S. National Park Service Career Academy for Cultural Resources needed a solution for distance learning with a portal that provided access to a large resource repository. Real-time data storage and sharing was a key component of this project. WebDevStudios built the employee training center as a WordPress intranet for National Park Service employees who require remote access from all areas of the United States.
