The virtual offices of our WordPress agency have been jam-packed with activities! From offering advice and insight, to helping others achieve their own WordPress success, to bonding and new opportunities, WebDevStudios (WDS) continues to interact and remain involved with all the WordPress things. Let’s take a look at the latest company news from WDS.
WP Agency Summit
WP Agency Summit is a free, virtual conference that kicked off October 12, 2020 and continues through the 16th. The event features 37 speakers that include pre-recorded interviews and live panel discussions. Co-Founders Lisa Sabin-Wilson, COO, and Brad Williams, CEO, have both played a part in the conference, by offering up their own expertise.
Leveraging WordPress to Drive Agency Growth
Lisa was a part of a panel discussion for the summit titled, “Leveraging WordPress to Drive Agency Growth.” Other agency leaders joined her to talk about how they leveraged the best WordPress has to offer to drive business growth, create new streams of revenue, and scale their businesses. Their discussion already streamed live, but you can now watch it below. Just click the ‘play’ button.
How Brad Scaled WebDevStudios To A World-Leading Agency
Brad’s WP Agency Summit interview was pre-recorded and you can watch it at the event’s website. In his interview, Brad covers:
- How to decide what services to offer and how to deliver them
- Branding your WordPress agency to work with high-level clients

WDS Virtual Camp
Due to the pandemic, we had to take our annual retreat, WDS Camp, and make it virtual. Although we missed seeing each other in person, and meeting some teammates for the first time ever, the planning committee behind the event managed to make WDS Virtual Camp a fun, interactive experience that allowed for both bonding and growth. Here’s a snapshot of all of us, who were able to attend, enjoying ourselves while wearing our new WebDevStudios hoodies.
WDS Help Desk
Last month, we mentioned our participation in WordCamp Philly as Bronze sponsors, and as a part of that commitment, we offered to host an exclusive Help Desk event just for attendees. The virtual event took place on September 30th, and it was so enjoyable, we’ve decided we’d like to do it again. We’ll keep you updated as to when and how we will make that happen. Stay tuned for that information by signing up for our WDS email newsletter.
