It’s been a busy end to 2025 here for the WebDevStudios team, finishing up client projects before the new year. But even with the hustle, we always make time to connect as a team and celebrate the holiday season together.
This month, we held a series of internal contests to get everyone into the festive spirit, and the competition was fierce!
Catch a Glimpse of the WebDevStudios Team in Action
We started by showing off our decor in the Christmas tree contest. While there were many beautiful ones, our Senior Frontend Engineer, Alfredo Navas, took the top spot. We also held an ugly Christmas sweater contest. Autry Reeves, our Delivery Manager, wowed with her festive knitwear, winning a $100 Amazon gift card. Her Christmas sweater featured an animated Christmas party, complete with the WebDevStudios team, the perfect touch for the holiday season!
Finally, we tested the team’s speed and creativity with a virtual Holiday Scavenger Hunt. The checklist challenged the WebDevStudios team to find or do various tasks, such as:
- Showing off the creepiest holiday decoration in their house
- Making a handmade ornament
- Sharing an Elf movie photo reenactment
- Finding a snowman (real or fake!)
It was a race against the clock, but JC Palmes, Principal Technical Manager, was the first to cross the finish line and snagged a $25 Amazon gift card for the win.
It was fantastic to see everyone participate and share a slice of their holiday traditions with the rest of the WDS crew. We hope everyone had a great holiday season!
