Custom WordPress API Integrations
Insight Software faced challenges with client accessibility and resource management. Clients previously had to navigate multiple systems to access essential services, leading to frequent support calls and emails. This inefficiency strained their in-house helpdesk and created a fragmented user experience. To address this, we developed a centralized client portal that streamlined access to key resources, improved self-service capabilities, and integrated seamlessly with their existing tech stack.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration
Implemented SSO via Salesforce and Microsoft Entra External ID to streamline authentication.
Customers are first validated against Salesforce, then authenticated through Microsoft Entra External ID, ensuring secure and seamless access to the WordPress-based portal.
