WordCamp

WDS@WCSF 2013: Interview with Jayvie

I’ve always treated WordCamps as a social and business networking opportunity, with the learning aspect as the additional benefit to going. This will be my first visit to WordCamp San Francisco, and I look forward to changing things up a bit and spending time with my colleagues at WebDevStudios.

When you work in a distributed team, opportunities like these are great for building better working relationships with your colleagues.

As for the talks themselves, I’m looking forward to learning more about WordPress theming from Ian Stewart, and helpful techniques on responsive web design from Josh Broton. Having come from a freelance background, myself, I also look forward to the “Teaming Up” panel that features our very own Brad Williams, as well as leaders from other high profile WordPress agencies.
