In its fifth year, PressNomics takes place this weekend, April 6-8, in Phoenix, Arizona. WebDevStudios (WDS) CEO, Brad Williams, Client Strategist, Jodie Riccelli, and Director of Products, John Hawkins, will all be in attendance.
“I’m happy to be keeping the streak alive,” says John. “I’ve been to the previous four PressNomics, and I couldn’t imagine not going to number five.”
Touted as the conference for those that power WordPress economy, PressNomics is a place where partnerships are created, deals are made, and money is raised for charity.
This is Jodie’s first PressNomics event. Having just participated as a presenter at WordCamp Miami, and acting as a volunteer organizer at WordCamp US, she is glad to be attending and can focus on soaking up all the knowledge made available. In particular, she is looking forward to six sessions, including Chris Lema’s Marketing/Positioning, Jeanette Maré’s Nice vs Kind, and Jason Coleman’s Haters Gonna Hate.
Of course, all are looking forward to the parties and receptions, but it isn’t just about the libations and merriment. For John, it’s about building professional relationships.
“I’m looking forward to the conversations and connections that take place long into the evenings after the conference winds down,” he says.
