Post Event Report: WordCamp Europe

Not even a heat wave in a city without central air could deter 1,900 people, three of which were from WebDevStudios (WDS), from enjoying the largest international WordCamp in the world. WordCamp Europe (WCEU) took place in Paris, France, June 15-17; and WDS CEO, Brad Williams, Operations Manager, April Williams, and Client Strategist, Jodie Riccelli, were all in attendance. Even little Lucas Williams made the trip.

While the visit to Paris in of itself was an amazing one for our team, one of the biggest highlights was getting a sneak peek at the Gutenberg Editor, which is causing quite the stir and buzz in the WordPress community. To be among the first to see it in action was a big deal for our WDS-ers. We quickly shared it on our Facebook page as soon as we got a hold of this video. Watch it below.

Another great highlight: Brad-taken selfies, or “Bradfies,” with our respected partners and colleagues. Check out the images below, and keep up with WDS and which events we’re attending by visiting our WDS Gives Back Page. Aurevoir!
