Courses can be semi or fully-customized and are led by the organization’s in-house experts, relying on hands-on exercises and peer interaction to optimize client time.
Intapp University
Part of the client care process for any company is ensuring that customers know how to maximize the benefits of the product or service they purchased. Rather than send a PDF file of text-heavy instructions on their software and services to their valued clients, Intapp saw the potential in providing their customer base with access to eLearning.
By showing their clients how to use their product in an interactive and dynamic manner, Intapp could also manage and guarantee customer satisfaction. Upon reaching out to WebDevStudios, we were able to assess Intapp’s needs and build the right solutions for their organization, keeping both them and their clients happy.
Learning Management System
What better way to provide a seamless eLearning experience than to brand it and keep its location on your own website? Welcome to Intapp University!
Intapp University is a branded Learning Management System (LMS) built on WordPress. In very simple terms, an LMS is a website that hosts eLearning programs and provides permitted users with access to training and education. Implementing an LMS with WordPress is something we have done for several clients, so we felt confident in building this customized solution for Intapp.
A well-developed LMS not only gives users access to education, but also allows administrators to manage, monitor, and retrieve detailed data on how well students are doing with their courses and how many trainings they have completed. This type of administrative control is valuable for those who seek insight on learners and how they are utilizing the educational programs.
LearnDash Implementation
LearnDash is a commercial LMS plugin for WordPress that is easy to use for course management. The tool allows for a multitude of course types, which Intapp required, as the company wanted to be able to offer its clients choices in the way they presented their eLearning. For example, both complementary and fee-based training are available, as well as the ability to earn certifications.
By implementing LearnDash, we were able to build learning pathways for Intapp University users.
Easy Frontend Document Navigation
Intapp University uses an application that generates static HTML files of documentation for all of the courses they offer. They came to WDS asking if there was a way to display this documentation on their new training website without having to manually upload all of the static HTML files and worry about the links and image URLs inside of them being incorrect.
We were able to design a system that pulls in the content of the static HTML files, does on-the-fly rewrites of all the internal links and image URLs within, and then outputs the documentation onto the webpage for the frontend user to see and use. We also developed a helpful menu that allows Intapp University students to navigate between the various pages of documentation.
Event Management
Not only do Intapp clients have access to the brand’s eLearning University, they can also take advantage of attending Intapp University classes in-person. We devised an easy event management solution that seamlessly blended with the online courses on the frontend. So whether the customer is signing up for an online course or a class being held at a brick-and-mortar space offline, the signup process looks and feels the same to the user.
While different WordPress plugins were utilized to achieve this goal, the Intapp University student will never know the difference.
Payment Integration
Stripe allows organizations of all sizes to accept secure payments online. Because some of Intapp University’s courses are fee-based, the company needed a way for clients to easily submit payment without leaving the Intapp website. With solutions rooted in code and design, Stripe’s tools allow for the type of extendability with which our team of developers is very familiar.
By implementing Stripe as a part of Intapp University, WDS was able to customize a seamless payment solution for the company.
