WebDevStudios welcomes Sarah Pressler to the team! She’s joining the team as our newest Technical Project Manager. Her job will focus on bridging the gap between clients and our developers/designers to ensure complete satisfaction with projects.
Sarah and WordPress started a personal relationship in 2004 with v 1.2 (Mingus), and a professional relationship in 2010 with v 2.9 (McRae). She made the switch to full-time WordPress based employment in 2012 with v 3.4 (Green). Like most in the community, what started as a personal hobby has become a career that she loves. As WordPress has grown and matured over the years so has their relationship. From “Mommy Blogger” to Technical Project Manager, WordPress has been a central theme. As a mom of four, ranging from ten – sixteen, project management comes naturally. With training as a classical ballerina and an education in technical writing, the details and execution of well structured project solutions is near and dear to her heart. Client advocacy and customer support have been part of her work ethic since the high school days checking groceries at the hometown store.
When off the clock and not blowing up Twitter Sarah enjoys life by the lake in Texas. Between school performances and bedtimes she likes to do things that are EXCITING and FUN!! Color Me RAD 5K’s, Kayaking, old book stores, and hippie little joints in Austin are all places she can be found. Sarah likes to visit new places, never met a road-trip that didn’t SOUND like a good idea, and never met a stranger. She’s a lover of fuzzy socks, soft warm blankets straight from the dryer, and micro brewed nutty browns.
We are proud to welcome Sarah to the team, and excited about the abilities that she will bring to WebDevStudios!
Congrats to both Sarah and the webdev team:) I foresee only goodness ahead!
Love seeing you guys grow like this. Congrats to everyone involved.
